Refunds:
Please choose carefully as it is not possible to exchange your order or to return the items once your purchase is confirmed from the Chantilly Collection.
Out of Stock Items:
From time to time items will become out of stock, we will let you know via email as soon as this situation arises. You will then have the option of changing your order.
Pricing:
All items are all in Australian dollars (AUD) and excludes GST. Chantilly Collection reserves the right to change the price of stocked items without notice.
Faulty Goods:
We quality control and check all items prior to dispatch.
We cannot take responsibility for any damage caused during shipping.
Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss.
Faulty items should be returned within 7 days with all items and original packaging intact. We will give a full refund on the approval of the fault. Shipping costs are not included in the refund.
Samples:
It is not our policy to provide samples if the items are not currently in stock. In the instance that a bomboniere item is in stock and a single sample is requested it must be approved by the manager with all delivery costs and purchase costs of that item to be incurred by the customer. The sample purchase is a non returnable and a non refundable sale. The sample purchase is a once off and will be for a singular item only.
Minimum order:
Each bomboniere has a minimum order amount requirement in which the customer needs to abide when ordering otherwise the sale will not be accepted by Chantilly Collection. If this occurs inadvertantly the customer will be notified.
Discounts:
Discounts are not given on items if a customer requests to purchase an increased number of those items. The Chantilly Collection pricing structure already takes into account that customers will be purchasing large quantities. However, huge savings can be made when stocked items are listed as being ON SPECIAL at certain sale times at the Chantilly Collection's discretion.
Quotes:
Please be aware that all written quotes sent via fax or email or given verbally to the customer shall remain valid for 2 days or 48 hours only. Prices quoted thereafter are subject to change without notice and at the discretion of Chantilly Collection.
