Delivery

Please be aware of your wedding schedule in terms of allowing time for your order to be filled and processed. From time to time popular items will go onto back order which may result in delays. Other unforeseen circumstances may also occur from time to time. However, we always endeavour to satisfy our customer's needs.

Once your order has been processed you will recieve an email confirming your delivery details.

Within Australia the order will usually be delivered between 3-10 business days from the dispatch date.

All items are shipped via registered post. If express post is requested by the customer or required to ensure items arrive prior to an event date this will be at the cost of the customer in addition to the usual delivery charges. In this instance, the customer will be informed of the extra charges for confirmation prior to shipping.

Outside Australia orders will usually take approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery.

A tax invoice will accompany your order.

Postage and handling cost is $15.00

Outside Australia-

Shipping and handling charges including all taxes, duties and customs are at the cost of the customer. All deliveries are via air freight only. Rates are as per the shipping company standard rates, the shipping company used is at the discretion of Chantilly Collection Pty Ltd.
